The Athletics Events, Junior Competitive Division of the 15th Henan Provincial Games were held at Anyang Stadium from July 16 to 20. Over 1,250 young athletics athletes from 18 delegations across the province gathered at the stadium to compete.

The 2026 National Athletics Grand Prix Final was held at Yulin Sports Center in Shaanxi Province from July 18 to July 19. More than 200 athletes from 28 delegations nationwide took part in the event.

On July 15, the 2026 Hebei Provincial Youth Athletics Championships & Athletics Qualifiers for Junior Division of the 17th Hebei Provincial Games kicked off at the Tangshan New Sports Center Stadium. The four-day event attracted more than 3,660 athletes from 15 delegations across the province.

The 2026 Guangdong U-Series Athletics League (Stop 2) was held at Zhaoqing Sports Center from July 18 to July 19. More than 1,760 athletes from 180 delegations across the province participated in the competition.

The Athletics Events of 2026 Shenzhen Junior & Children's Championships were held at Bao'an Stadium from July 14 to July 17. Over 1,000 athletes from 11 delegations across the city joined the competition.

The 2026 National Middle School Athletics Championships was held in Yulin, Shaanxi Province from July 10 to July 14. More than 1,340 athletes from 156 delegations nationwide took part in the competition.
